Free Shipping Offer

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders over $1,500 to metro areas Australia wide (defined as any post code within an 80km radius of a capital city) excluding Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania. To check if you’re eligible for FREE SHIPPING or for assistance with any questions, please email us at sales@justprotools.com.au or follow the prompts at online checkout.
Note: Free delivery will not apply to your cart if a forklift is required for delivery and you select "No" when prompted. Please get in touch with us if would like to investigate alternative methods of delivery.

Sydney Metro Deliveries

We use a mix of our own delivery van, COPE Sensitive Freight, Australia Post, and Direct Freight Express to deliver in the Sydney Metro area. The delivery method depends on the order’s size, weight, number of cartons, and whether a forklift is available for larger boxes (54” and above).
We always choose the best shipping option to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

  • Large Toolboxes (54”, 60”, 72”): A forklift is needed at your address for unloading. If you don’t have one, let us know—tailgate lift services may be available, or we can arrange for you to collect your order from a nearby freight depot.

  • Small Items (Under 20kg): Delivered straight to your door via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Newcastle, Central Coast & Wollongong

  • Large Items: Delivered by our team or freight partners.

  • Small Items: Sent directly to your door via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

ACT, VIC, QLD, SA Metro & Regional NSW

  • Large Items (Toolboxes, Garage Storage, Large Tile Orders): Delivered by COPE Sensitive Freight, Direct Freight Express, or Mainfreight.

  • Small Items: Delivered via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express, right to your door anywhere in Australia.

Regional South Australia

  • Large Items: Can only be delivered to Adelaide Metro. If you’re outside this area, we can send your order to a freight depot in Adelaide for you to pick up. Just ask our team for more info.

  • Small Items: Delivered to your door anywhere in Australia via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Western Australia

  • Large Items: We deliver to Perth and nearby suburbs only, using Mainfreight and other carriers. Please email or call us for a quote before ordering.

  • Small Items: Sent anywhere in WA via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Tasmania

  • Large Items: Please contact us for a quote on shipping and delivery details.

  • Small Items: Delivered to your door anywhere in Tasmania by Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Northern Territory

  • Large Items: We deliver to Darwin and nearby suburbs only. Email or call us for a quote.

  • Small Items: Delivered anywhere in the NT by Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but sometimes things can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and email our friendly sales team at sales@justprotools.com.au. We’re here to help!

Shipping for returns?

For change of mind, return shipping is at the buyers expense. For incorrectly received items Just Pro Tools will organise return shipping.
