Pre-order Terms

These Pre-order Terms apply to any order you place for goods offered on a pre-order basis and form part of your contract with us. Certain goods are offered on pre-order while they are out of stock, enabling you to reserve them in advance of other customers.
How pre-orders work
- You pay for the goods at the time you place your order, and we dispatch them once they arrive at our warehouse.
- Each pre-order item displays an estimated time of arrival (ETA). An ETA is an estimate only, does not constitute a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date, and may change if supply is delayed. We monitor them and update the website as required.
- Where an order contains a pre-order item, we will hold the entire order and dispatch it together once all items are in stock. If you require a part shipment, you may request one, and we will quote the additional freight payable by you.
Cancelling a pre-order
You may cancel a pre-order item at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, including delay, or because you have sourced a comparable product elsewhere or have changed your mind. To cancel, email us quoting your order number. We will refund the amount you have paid for that item within 3 business days of receiving your cancellation. No time limit applies to this right and no return freight is payable, as the goods have not been dispatched.
Where part of your order has already been dispatched, that part is governed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Cancellation of a pre-order item may alter the Spend & Save tier applicable to the goods you retain, in the same manner as a return. A worked example is set out in our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
If we cannot supply
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, or is delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will notify you and offer you either a refund or a suitable alternative product. Nothing in these Pre-order Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
