At Just Pro Tools, we stand behind every one of our products and want you to be able to shop with us online, with confidence!

If you’re not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked.

Guarantee Details

  • Applies to all sales orders invoiced by Just Pro Tools from 1 August 2025.
  • The refund amount will represent the sales price (inclusive of GST), net of any promotions or sales discounts applied to sales invoice at the date of issuance. This will include a reversal of any overall discount received from Just Pro Tools’ “Spend & Save” or other similar promotion in effect at the time of purchase. Refer to the worked example in Schedule 1.
  • Begins on the date you receive your order.
  • Valid for 30 calendar days.
  • Just Pro Tools reserves the right to update, vary or cancel this policy at any time. Just Pro Tools agrees to provide 10 Business Days written notice of any change(s) to this policy in advance of it taking effect.

How to Request Your Refund

  1. Locate your original purchase receipt or order number.
  2. Contact our customer service team via email at sales@justprotools.com.au or phone 02 4721 7970. After raising your request, we will confirm the pending refund amount via email, assuming compliance with the Eligibility Criteria.
  3. Prepare the item for return following our Return Condition Requirements.
  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse at: Unit 2, 1-13 Childs Road, Chipping Norton, NSW 2170.
  5. Upon receipt we will inspect your item and once confirmed it meets our Eligibility Requirements, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return freight costs associated with this policy. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely at our warehouse.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in the following condition:

  • In its original packaging, including all inner boxes, inserts, and protective materials.
  • Upon inspection, shown to be free from dirt, scratches, dents, or other signs of wear beyond the initial period in use.
  • Packaged appropriately and securely to prevent damage in transit.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must meet all Return Condition Requirements.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective (refer to our Warranty Policy for further details).
  • Application for returns after the 30-day period from the date of delivery has expired will not be eligible for a cash back refund.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Items marked “Clearance”.
  • Products covered under our separate Warranty policy.
  • Bundled items: free gifts or promotional add-ons must be returned with the main product to qualify for a full refund.

Schedule 1

  1. A. Original order: $13,993.60 (4x Maxim combos at $3,498.40 each) – Spend and Save promotional discount of 20% applies as the original order is > $15k.
  2. B. Value of items being returned for refund: $6,996.80 (2x Maxim combos at $3,498.40 each)
  3. C. Original order net of returns: $6,996.80 (A minus B)
  4. D. Revised order: $7,434.10 (2x Maxim combos at $3,717.05 each) – Spend and Save promotional discount reduced to 15%.
  5. E. Refund: due to customer of $6,559.50 calculated as $6,996.80 (B) less $437.30 (being D minus C).
